Headache & Migraine week Australia - lots of info

I've listened to all these talks - some useful info, even if just to understand our migraines a little better. I've decided mine are likely exacerbated by medication over-use, but it will be so hard going 'cold turkey' (I've just failed this morning). Am keen to reflexology whilst trying to reduce taking so much medication; has anyone tried this?
