I overheard this conversation today.....await your comments🙄

" I'm dating this new girl, she suffers from migraines. She's is really unreliable, I'll have booked a table for dinner or something and she'll call saying she can't make it cos she's got a migraine. I mean, I reckon she just thinks about our night out and brings on a migraine "!!

I have had a migraine many times because I've worried about getting a migraine. I think if he cares he'll have to understand and learn to adapt.

People who don't get migraines will never understand. Even people that are close to you. They mean well but always want to fix you.And they are ways want to talk about it when you just want to live ur life and not think about it. Just hang in there and take care of yourself. Also a side note "headache free" multi vitamins has helped me and has taken alot of my worries away.

Take care

Yes, you're insensitive and you'll never understand until you have a migraine yourself.
