Mental blockages , headaches left and right temples with right temple being main , back of the eye pain in both eyes with right eye being affected mostly , headaches front to top of head , intense deja vu with feelings of altered reality , tinnitus , pressure in ears , pressure in head , depression. Recently had a subconjunctival haemorrhage in right eye , which is the eye from where most of the back of the eye pain is situated .

That sounds awful.

What do your doctors say about your symptoms?

I don't think you we can diagnose migraine on a forum, you need a doctor to look at your family history and general health. Migraines can appear in so many different guises and I think precise accounts of where pain exists in someones head/face isn't particularly usual information as it doesn't help someone determine whether it is migraine or headache or any other condition. Other factors are far more telling I think.

Do you have a family history of migraine or have you previously been diagnosed with migraines?

There is more then just the typical migraine with or with out aura. There is also a migraine variant you can have which for me causes vision problems which make my eye sight really bad and feel like I have a layer of film over my vision. I get the spacey altered reality feeling too with brain fog, which you may call mental blockages. These are all typical of migraine variant. I get dizziness with mine too and balance problems. Pressure in my ears and head and also at times headaches that last months and months. I hardly get this now since starting my medication and sticking to a strict migraine diet. I have also suffered migraine with aura for 25 years. My consultant said I have a migraine brain that is easily irritated by things and it makes me feel like this. He calls migraine variant the beast of migraine because it can be constant.
