Anyone use depacote for menstreual migraines? I just take the depocate while on my cycle. This is on my experience with depacote and seems to be lessening the severity of my menstreual miganes.
Any thoughts on depacote???
And suggestions for treating menstreual migraines?!?
I had a very help tip from this site. Sorry can't remember who. But I now take a teaspoon of Angus Castus and Damiana tincture each day and has helped a lot. I took a little more on the days of my cycle that I know can be bad. She did advise seeing a herbalist. Hope that helps.
