Hi, been a while since I have posted as ive been doing pretty well on the migraine front! I'm due some more treatment in a couple of weeks and i am currently going through a 4 day long migraine after a good 6 week break from it. One thing I'm really struggling with is how tired i am all the time, i feel like i could pass out doing the most simple things! Is this part of Hemicrania Continua and Hemiplegic migraines? Does anyone have any tips on how to give yourself more energy and feel more human?

Hi sticks, I have HC and felt exactly the same. I started taking vit b12 boost spray and feel a whole lot better energy wise.

Glad you've had a break. It's good to see life can be normal if wee can nail this bloody thing 👍

HC has been touch and go for a few weeks, constant headache but you know that feeling of the pain escalating? It builds and builds but doesn't quite get to full blown migraine 😣. Can't function, legs feel like I've ran a marathon when i wake, feel nackered most of the time but b12 is helping with that.

I don't take anything suplaments or meds. Just 10mg amitriptylene at bed time and green migralenses.
