Migraines

Hi everyone.

My name is Rich and I've suffered with migraines for several years now.

They start out usually with the auras - wobbly patches of vision that gradually spreads across my vision. Then comes the dizziness and headache and I have to go and lie down in a dark room, take my Sumatriptan and ride it out.

I've been taking Propranolol for several months now and can honestly say it's helped with reducing the big migraines but I'm still getting the smaller ones. Whether it's because of the time of the year it is and my sinuses always suffer regardless of season - I don't know.
