Cupping Therapy

I am not sure if anyone else has tried this therapy but I have found great relief from it, even from the first session.

Sorry if it looks a little graphic but I can assure you there is no pain! And if you're like me, the pain from migraines are so unbearable that you'll be willing to try anything.

I have made these videos to show people what the procedure looks like and not to scare anyone. I have tried all medications from the GP and have also lost weight and excercise regularly and still have issues until this therapy helped me.

Let me know if anyone tries this and what you think! :)

You can type in onto Google and search for 'cupping therapy' with your city or a location suitable to you. You can also search for 'hijama' and this is the same practice. You can also search on Gumtree or Shpock- if you are a woman, make sure a woman performs this on you :)

it seriously looks worse than it is in reality. migraines are basically a pressure of toxins of gas and bad blood. so when there is a very small cut placed and a vacuum to release the pressure, this is what comes out. most of the time when I have this done, a lot of gas and water comes out. not a lot of blood comes out at all.
