Hey Gaysie, sounds like your managing your migraines fine for now, i too love out doors but I'm lucky these days if i get into my garden.

Be well πŸ˜†

I don't manage them. I get about 2 days a week without one. I don't like taking so much medication. Have decided to try a naturopath. 😊

Awe 😒 I have them every day 24/7, i had a break os about a month with background headache which didn't turn to migraine from June to July but that's down to the treatment im having for my jaw.

Have you never seen neurology in 25yrs? I've had migraine 38yrs now, managed them quite well until 2014 when they changed.

No quality of life, can't arrange things, go anywhere and problems holding down jobs , it's just horrific 😣

I take rizamelt at onset. Magic meds. I would definitely do botox but I can't afford it. So if you can, give it a go.

Hi if you are in the UK Botox is available on NHS through referral by Neurologist

Certainly not in New Zealand. That's where I live

Ah that's a shame. My friend in NZ takes Norpress 10mg at night and thinks they're wonderful. Good luck
