Odd pains in one section of head

Does anyone get localised pain in one particular spot in there head I mean as in weird sharp stabs and burning sensation ?

Yes, just above my left eyebrow i noticed a dent which goes from the eyebrow upward toward my scalp and i have pain in the dent, even if i touch the area it hurts like sharp stabbing pains. I noticed this after my first botox injections and spoke to neurologist and he put a small injection of botox into the dent, it stopped the pain but once the botox wore off i still have a dent and get localised pain. I seen another neurologist and she said it was possible nerve damage but my GP said sinus infection. After 2 courses of antibiotics and no change the GP confirmed possible nerve damage! Said it should fix itself after a yr or so!! How are you after botox Curtis ? Is it helping at all?

If it's in the same spot always it might be something called Nummular Headache (google it).

I get something similar to what you describe, but it moves around to different areas on my head.

I'm new here but have suffered a long time and yes me too, but like you it's in different places

One is on the nerve just over my eyebrow just in from the nose

And I also get them on my scalp in different locations.my scalp is the worst place, you can actually feel the heat of the burning.I spoke to my neurologist and he said it was a reaction which takes place in the nerve receptors when I'm having a migraine?

My headache is often at the point under my eye brow where the eyelid goes into the eye socket. Sometimes with a matching pinpointed pain at the back of the skull just above the glands at the back of the neck. As if someone has stuck a hot iron bar through my head.

Yeah they are very odd sensations
