same problem for me. I struggle to get past 12mg. If I drop to 10mg I feel rubbish.

Sorry no advice just having a terrible time myself too, coming down from 170mg because we are trying for a baby. I'm an insomniac anyway but this is so much worse. Haven't really slept for 10 days, migraines galore. Can't cope already and I'm at 50mg!. Botox has worn off too. It was bad the last time too, couldn't stay asleep for more than about 40 minutes at a time which continued for the full 10 months of pregnancy. The only thing that helped a bit was Avena Sativa ( oat extract ), it helped with the stress of being awake but doesn't necessarily make you sleep more.

170 mg! Holy crap! That would be a lot to come off of. The most I ever took was 50. You're going to have to really taper over a loooong time I think.

Yeah they have done it over 10 days which has obviously been way too fast. I've just emailed the doctors for more! I seem to be immune to most medication which sucks. I hate being female!!! I'm 39 though so we can't wait any longer for me to get 'better'. Oh by the way my husband gets restless leg quite badly he finds any weight on his legs makes it a lot worse so he bought a really light duvet?
