Cefaly
Was doing my research on this myself, I think it could be quite effective and worth a try as you get most of your money back if you don't want to continue after 2 months of trying ....
Keep us posted if you try it.... I will
Never heard of it but will look it up now
I got one because you can get refund on most of it if it doesn't work. Used last night and this morning and feel like the pressure round my head is even worse than usual Didn't expect it to work yet but don't want to get worse!
HI. I tried this for around 7 months! I felt slightly confused at the fact the company told me you really need to keep it going for almost a year to see if it works, despite the fact they only give you 2 months to try it before refund. So I thought that wasn't fair and after I kept questioning an saying it didn't seem to work they happily gave me a refund. You do have to keep buying the electrodes though and they cost £25 (includes a cheeky £5 carriage fee) for 3 which lasts 6 weeks. It is also a real deal to use it as you cannot make a move otherwise the cefaly stops working. So you really need to sit still everyday for 20 mins while you do it and be really consistent in doing it.
My consultant at the Migraine Centre said there wasn't much efficiency in it and so I thought it was the right decision to stop. Not sure I had drastic difference in my migraines. Hope that helps.
