Migrain/headache when orgasm

Sorry, embarassing topic but i really need help

Recently,i got migrain/headache when orgasm, does anyone having experience like this?

This headache start from my neck. And i feel better after orgasm.

What's wrong with me?

Not embarassed but intrigued.

Remember reading years ago about research into how orgasm affected migraine and one of the conclusions was that it could ease them which at least fits with your experience.

Don't think there is a definitive answer as to what causes migraines - and there are probably lots of different causes but spasms/contraction in blood vessels does seem to be involved in the pain and may be this is part of what is going on for you.

Have you tried talking to your GP about it? or may be you could try contacting the National Migraine Centre directly if you are based in the UK and see if you could arrange an appointment.

It is hard to guess what is going on from only the brief description, but an exam by your doctor may be indicated. Look up Primary Sexual Headache, and also Thunderclap Headache, and see if these apply to you.
