I'm not diabetic but I've read that low blood sugar can trigger migraine. Lots of people with migraine need to eat regularly to keep things under control. I do find that during an attack I go a bit low blood-sugary though.
Thank you. If my sugars drop to 1 or 2 at night I wake with an awful migraine. I've adjusted my insulin and getting less migraines used to take syndol which was great. Now taking amitryptaline (not sure of spelling) and with this and co codamol when needed I'm managing to keep migraines away
