Is there anyone on this site or do you know of anyone who is on disability from these migraines? It is so difficult going to work daily when you feel like your head is going to blow off and numbness in your jaw and arm

Migraines
Hi, I can relate on several levels. If you can't get your migraines to stop on your own, you may have to go to the emergency room or a walk-in clinic for an injection or IV. Then I would work on finding a new doctor(s).
I have heard, and did try myself for a time, taking 400 mg of Riboflavin (B2) daily in order to lessen and prevent migraine. It did seem to help and I have read positive studies on it. The Mayo clinic website has some info on this.
I would try to get some counseling therapy for the anxiety. It really does help if you have a good therapist. I have tried taking lorazapam, but in the end I think it just made me feel confused and depressed, and possibly a trigger for more migraine.
I wish I could be more helpful. Hugs.
