Hi there

I'm new here and wanted to share my long experience with margarine

I had been diagnosed 25 years ago and I consider myself lucky for that , since the doctor from the beginning gave me list of triggers to watch and monitor where I ended up with long list of food mainly which trigger my migraine attacks such as : chocolate , nuts , coke , banana , mango , grapes , green onion , some can food , smoked food .

I'm trying my best to avoid all those and thank god I'm managing well in addition to un avoidable triggers such as stress , lack of sleep , strong flash lights , hot ,,,,

Having head message , shower , drinking vitamin C and coffee helps me during the attack

Knowing your triggers is half the treatment :)
