can you get migraines in your knees?

I know, really stupid question! (Brain is turning to jelly as I write). Had second migraine of weekend last night and lay in bed with the usual thumping head and arm - on the same side. The pain seemed to extend down my leg into my knee.

Maybe it was just a reaction to the pain in my head. I could move everything alright, but have occasionally had a tingly arm with migraine, but don't think it was anything like a hemiplegic one.

Anyway, I think I may be about to be going for the hat trick - have just "smelled" almonds and jam and gone all hot - I like a bakewell tart as much as the next person but not when they are imaginary and all aura-like and sinister.
