ocular / visual migraines

I am already diagnosed with two autoimmune disorders recently I have been suffering from disturbed vision which the optician described as visual migraines…. I have never suffered with migraines before.

Please give me some insight, and guidance

Have you considered seeing a Neuro-Opthomologist?They deal with vision issues related to the brain.

If not have you considered magnesium as a preventative?

Studies have shown that people who have migraines a low in magnesium. I have been told 1600mg is max a day.

Good luck in coping with them.
