migraine confusion!

hi all, does anyone suffer with confusion during a migraine? I get blind stops, zigzags, vomiting, headache and confusion! It’s so annoying! I know what I want to say but the words don’t come out properly! I’ve only ever had 3 migraines. 2018, 2021 and 2023. It’s the confusion and brain fog that gets me :(

Yes. I get confusion , brain fog. trouble thinking and finding the right words among the mental symptoms I get. The confusion and brain fog can go on for a few days after the pain , a bit like a Migraine Hangover.

At first , it felt very disconcerting and made me feel a bit unconfident about being out and about. Now , I have got used to it and have ways to manage it , I can even laugh at myself when I mix things up which makes it easier to cope with.

I hear you about "migraine hangover"!

My husband has said that I am different than I was 10 years ago. I am now wondering if it is migraine confusion. I know I am different but cannot control it. I just cannot think clearly sometimes. Right now I'm having more migraine days than not and I'm working with a neurologist to figure out the right med/meds but we are at the stage where we need to wait 2-3 months to see if this regimen will work.

So frustrating.
