Just posted a really long reply about hrt but wanted to ask does anyone here have really bad pain the bridge of the nose when having a migraine/cluster headache?
I always have done and I have banged on about this to health professionals for years and not one of them has ever suggested an examination.
No doubt if were a man it would be a different story: MRI, xray, CT scan - the lot.

I can get pain in the area , especially if my migraine is mainly located around and behind the eyes , temples or forehead.I assume it is the inflammation in the area causing pressure around the sinus.
You should have it investigated though , just in case any sinus or nasal bone issue is actually causing the migraine rather than the other way around.
If it's gone on regularly or for more than 3 months you have the right to ask the GP to refer you to ENT to have your nasal passages examined with the camera. If they refuse , you can ask for them to give you a medical reason why , then ask to see another GP for a second opinion.
It's important to be proactive and explain that you want these checks to make sure there isn't an issue that could be solved easily and improve your Migraines.
