Hi everyone, I am a 26-year-old who suffers from chronic migraines. I've had them for about 2 years now and am undertaking Ajovy injections to help. I've found migraines to be incredibly debilitating and they've affected both my physical and mental health. I have just started to get my life back, but still struggle with weekly attacks.
I am a journalist and have decided to use my experience to write an article explaining migraines, their treatments, and how to seek help among other things. I am reaching out to see if anyone would be interested in sharing their migraine story with me, in the hopes it might help others. I'd be really thankful to anyone reaching out as I've never spoken with anyone who has shared my struggles and often feel very alone.
If you are interested in sharing please either comment on this post or email me on georgia.hase@me.com.

I don't mind sharing my experience with migraine aura which I have had for about 23 years , recently had a major one which came with different symptoms and visual disturbance for over a month and feeling disorientated, this was not long after having a baby. I have had floaters too. Due to breastfeeding no meds allowed other than paracetamol and naproxen so had to just deal with it.
hi , I was diagnosed with Chrinic Migraines and Chronic Vertigo about 8 months ago now. I am currently on the maximum dose of medication which is not working so I know exactly how you feel.
