You have my sympathy. I had migraines from the age of 5 . i am now in my seventies. My daughter had them also and it was her that put me onto a cure that helped me to no end. She started me on magnesium tabs. 1 twice a day and if a headache does come on, get. 3 into you straight away. The other thing i did was went to acupuncture. I have never been a believer in these sort of cures but when your in pain you try anything. I didnt have a migraine for 6 months. What a relief. Hope this can help, even. For a while. Brian.

Thank you for the post. I am also finding my helper is Magnesium (glycinate ) 400mg 3x daily. If I feel pain coming I add 100mg. I was told I could go as high as 1500mg

It have been a life changer!

I recently saw a dissolvable tab, which I think I will buy.

I have taken magnesium for many years, but it was not until I started glycinate that my life changed.

In addition, I now drink HOT peppermint tea, use peppermint roll on ( when things smell unpleasent). I also never skip a meal( with protein), drink lots of water and exercise when pain free.

Thank you for sharing, I hope others can benefit from this advice.
