Since 2003 I have been constantly plagued by head pain, headaches and migraines. I have not had the greatest awarness around this area, my main coping stratigies included ignoring the problem, drinking more water, healthy living and exercise. The problem is this only lasts so long before I get in such a state that I can not function properly. Last year this happened and have not felt able to return my former self or do the activities I used to enjoy.
