Migraine pain!!

I've been a migraine suffer for many of years and no medication works for me, I recently this year started acupuncture was brilliant but cost a fortune when I have a family to look after, any one have any ideas on anything I could try 🙏🏼

Hi Sydneyyjanes 😆 glad acupuncture works for you. Maybe you would benefit from cefaly machine / tens machine ? None of them worked for me but neither did acupuncture 😔.

Are you under a neurologist? If not ask to be referred and then explore the possibilities of Botox.

I've been going to a brilliant Osteopath who runs a headache clinic and he has told me my migraines are caused by my faulty breathing: I hold my breath (duh!) but most people breathe shallowly in the chest rather than the diaphragm.
