Mirtazapine
hi yeah me 45mg although I started reducing my amount by halve and then quarter.
Hi I think it works have had some weight gain but also on lithium which might be causing that. Helps with sleep
I do Jelster. Its the only antidepressant that helps me somewhat. But I stick to the 15mg lower dose because it helps with sleep at that dose. However side effects include low or no libido and it's a big weight gainer because it increases your appetite.
I started them in Jan 2020 for acute anxiety. 30mg, they helped at first but then within 4/5 months I was having a relapse. So they put me on 45mg. They are now not working again and I'm waiting for an appointment with psychiatrist to change them. So they work for a bit and it does depend on how you are coping. I don't believe tablets alone help. We have to try and find strategies to cope. But that's easier said than done. I only had acute anxiety when I was prescribed these.. i still have it and am now also going into a depression. How weird is that. Are any of these meds the answer? I don't no yet.
