I have the same problem it is part of my Chronic Disability for over thirty years, in my case I also have further problems in my neck caused by a car accident.

Yes I suffer the same problems you mention.

My GP has put me on B12 Injections and D3 medications every day, the B12 injections every twelve weeks. The only problem with the B12 is the vit looses its effectiveness sometimes at ten weeks. However the vits do help although sometimes after the injection I sometimes feel like an insect is crawling over my legs, however it does not last long. The treatments seem to be helping with my joints as they do help.

How old are you Rayann

Pins and needles can be caused by trapped nerves so given that get it confirmed by your Doctor I have had these sensations since my early thirties.

You can ask your Doctor if there is a need to try Anytryptalene and AD medication that works on nerve pain, this is a side affect of the drug, the dose is minimal

I am 69, 70 in two weeks
