Test?

Coronavirus test for my son(non verbal, autistic, low functioning)at his supported living place. Is it just swipe of the mouth? Because anything else I don't think they will be able to do on him

They have sent me two tests to take for this week, they then pick them up and do the tests according ly.

The tests given to me consist of two different approaches

1) A throat and nose swab taken on the one swab. The throat swab can cause some discomfort. while the nose test with the same swab could make you sneeze. You take the throat swab first, then use the same swab up the nose You then place the swab into a test tube and snap of the cotton wool bud of the tube

2) The other test is a spit test into a test tube, close it with the lid that has a fluid in it, it them mixes with the spit. Send them of or picked up.

Remember if the kit is getting picked up it will be important you arrange the pick up before you do the test. You need to take the tests on the day of pick up
