Hi,

Has anyone else found that stigma complicates staying well and having the structures that help you stay healthy?

Yes if you are suffer Stigma, depending on the what it is about you can suffer from its cause.

I will affect in many different ways depending on the cause. Sometimes the reason can be false, someone may be not telling the truth about something, or are tittle tattle to someone about you and your supposed activities. If that is the case you will need to address the problem by explaining or correcting your problem.

Sometimes, Giving a dog a bad name without proof can really cause problems for the accused and no matter if right or wrong, problems and accusations can gain legs and the person may not be able to protect themselves from the accusers
