I'm good today! Got out and enjoyed AA no anxiety yet. But I sure started smoking again. It sucks living with a life of pacing all the time awake.

was the meeting good? Interesting speaker? How long has it been for you? Are you ok?

Why are you pacing? What are you thinking about?

Why not get the thoughts out? Why not go for a walk outside and pace forward instead? Look at nature, breath the fresh air even if it’s through the filter on your smoke😂....

Maybe this will help... I’m here if u wanna vent or talk whatever...

If you are packing up smoking great, I packed up in 1976 after a car accident and have never heard of pacing someone, I can understand being there for someone else Buddies. when things get rough. You need to be strong and understand you do not need to smoke. You will not die if you do not smoke, however you will if you keep puffing on tobacco. Every time you try to stop and fail, it can become more of a problem to give up completely so do not think you are doing well going to meetings if when you get out or arrive home you start again.

I was on sixty five cigarettes a day when I was at work, my position was very intense and everyone were chain smokers. Most I understand do not smoke now or are dead. Sad to say it took seven years of not smoking to pack the habit in as Lost the need for nicotine, I was spitting tar, for that seven years.

Try eating a complete cigarette, that may help you pack in
