Promethazine/Diphhydramine
You can call your pharmacist to check on that.
I wouldn’t do it because they are both sedative type drugs
Take advice of your Health Professionals, they know your health concerns and the conditions why you need to follow the direction you explain above. However there are sites on the web that discuss medication types. Personally I would suggest your GP needs to be informed on the best way forward

Hi Supertram94,
I concur with the advice you have been given, this type of question needs to be answered by medical professionals, so talk to your doctor or pharmacist who is best placed to advise. You have to be careful with medication whether OTC (Over-the-counter) or POM (prescription-only medicine) that have a sedatory effect and that could be enhanced by taking two such medications. Also, if you are on other types of POMs including Asthma medication, antidepressants, migraine relief meds etc, they could interact, so speak to your medics listed above.
Best wishes,
