Could it be caused by a lack of D3 or B12

That can cause dizziness, all to do with coming out of winter, been told

Today I have been having a blood test for B12 today and the D3 been on this one for one week, A lack of above can cause Dizziness

I’m already taking d3 tablets and last year I had a iv of b12 it dint work straight away I’m not off balance now nor have I slurred speech, I’m trying to rule out other causes as I’m getting rather paranoid that I might have a serious problem.

Generally these medications are taken as you are coming out of winter. If you are ok, you do not need vits you do not need them

If there is problems now with Anxiety we may be able to give support

Yes I’m off to see a neuropsychologist and I’ve been referred to so a

Consultant psychiatrist I’m worried in what to say to them as I’m afraid of what they will think of me, I’m also going to see a professor In Sheffield for symptoms of ataxia which could be symptoms of brain damaged as my symptoms resolved I think that I had some sort of mental breakdown, I don’t want to waste the time of the doctors or professionals. I’m at a loose end really.

Going to see a doctor when you're unsure of what your symptoms might be caused by is never a waste of their time. It's what they do for us, they find out. Hopefully they tell you it's nothing to worry about.Follow it through till you know. Good luck.

Thanks for them words of wisdom, I really don’t think I have that terrible disorder but it was an unexplainable event so better safe than sorry.
