Hello

Sadly this is more common than most people think, when I was at work and disabled, the office I was in was really bad.

Depending how bad it is and how long it has been going on you really need to get it sorted. Sadly this may cause bad feeling, you have not mentioned who is doing this and what their position is in that organisation.

Are you a nurse, just looking at your site name??

Again in your site name do you suffer from Dyslexia and are you in training ?

All I can suggest is you report the situation you are in to the immediate supervisor, if that is not possible take it to your Union and get support there. These days you go to high and the big cheese is more interested in where He is playing golf in the afternoon and not interested in the staff in that department. so it will need to be taken outside the organisation you are working for so CAB may be a good start. Although the union should be your best bet. If not in all ready I would join right now and get represented and get this nipped in the bud asap.

That all I can suggest at this time, do not be frightened off, you career is important to you and it seems to be well worth fighting for

Good luck do not stand for it have words with the cowards. Tell them to back off, that may be sufficient.

I experienced similar feelings at my last workplace, so I left. I felt relieved for leaving but also felt like I let the bad guys win. Bittersweet.

Hi

|Yes, I agree and it can sometimes be very subtle.

Yes experienced this. Doesn't help depression at all. I left a place of work because of it in the past, I'm sure Bobs right there seems to be a lot of it about.

I hope you manage to get it sorted, it's not nice :(
