Sure there will be some people along soon who can answer yes though I'm afraid I'm not one of them but just wanted to say, in case you are feeling uncomfortable with it as a label that someone has put on you that it is just a short hand way of describing things. Sometimes labels are useful and sometimes they aren't because we have emotional responses to some elements of them. I'm not an expert but I belief it covers a spectrum of problems that includes low self-esteem.

Hope this is the reply that brings along another 2-3 replies (sometimes they are a bit like buses) and that you get to exchange with some people who really understand from the inside.

I get paranoid becos of low self esteem and confidence.

sometimes when we are at our most vulnerable and unwell, we think in our minds that people can see what is happing to us, but this is just a fear of being noticed stress anxiety and trauma effects people in different ways and as individuals we become better at coping with things we became resilience think of the things that u are capable of your strengths and the things you like about yourself iam sure you could think of many things individuals do get labels due to their illness I would say take their illness in to account but get to know the person how they realy are
