Depression
sammy, I am sorry you are feeling that way.
are you on any medication for your depression? have you a good gp?
it may help to know that many people on this site feel, or have felt as you do now.
these feelings are scary and can be overwhelming.
please don't do anything to hurt or endanger yourself.
I hear you when you say you cant cope and don't want to carry on any more, they are awful feelings and can feel that there is no way out or through it.
You have made the first big step of overcoming all this by writing this blog.
I cannot do that and I am proud of you that you did it.
there are very caring and understanding people on here that can help, and I am sure they will be on tomorrow or in the next few days - we are all on at different times or days.
if you want to write any more, please do and ask questions, but you don't have to.
I don't know how old you are, so I've added some helplines that may help you, including some for young people.
please keep in touch.
regards,
hamble.

Hi
It sounds as though you are in a really difficult place emotionally. I wish I could help you to enjoy life but I can't... You say you can't cope any more and are scared - that you are doing dangerous things as you want to die. Are you able to write about what you can't cope with? Some things are difficult to cope with alone and we all need help at times, do let people here help support you. I know I have found it helpful at times. What can't you cope with?
