Balanitis?

I've got a few red flat spots on the skin just under the glans. Is this Balanitis?

It might be ...take some antibiotics and ointment ..you would be fine in day or two

It may be not dont try to wash it with soap or anti septic... Coz i had same spot on my penis but by mistake i washed it with anti septic for several week and ultimately i got balanitis... So dont take any anti biotic or dont apply any cream that has steroids.. Just apply virgin coconut oil and wash it luke warm water twice a day it will get rid off automatically lets ur body resist it automatically...
