Post Op circumcision

So I suffered from a condition called phimosis, this is now day 3 and all the bandages have been removed but the tip is by far super sensitive, to a point where I have to sit in a towel. Please help!

I am at day 3 too , bandages removed about 1 hour ago. The doctor advise is to apply Vaseline to head and tip . so far so good..
