Help!! Don't know what's happening with the white stuff. (with pics) Also having phimosis.

Can you retract your skin? If not, while in the shower pull two ends of your foreskin out from your body like you're grabbing a t-shirt with two fingers. Ain the shower nozzle properly so warm water can shoot inside of the foreskin tunnel you've created by pulling and holding the skin forwards. Once the water volume builds up in the reservoir of the foreskin, take two fingers and swish the internal shower water around your head-meat under the foreskin. Then, releae the smegma fluid out into the shower and repeat like 4 more times. Even, rub some mild non-fragrant soap in too so it can deoderize. DO THIS DAILY IN THE SHOWER TO KEEP A HEALTHY, CLEAN, AND LOW-SMEGMA CONTENT UNDER YOUR FORESKIN.

I don't think it's smegma, it's very hard and rough to touch. Smegma is supposed to come off with water right? This is something to do with the skin.

Go see a dermatologist/urologist as you msy have an infection or std.
