I am wondering what is a good medicated cream to use in assistance with the healing and removing of the scarring an swelling around the incision area of the circumcision?

If everything is going well without problems do not apply anything on the incision unless it is prescribed for you by a Dr. After the incision heals there would be no scars. While in recovery you might feel a tight band around your glans when you have erections. Don't worry this will pass by time.
