Circumsision smell

Hey guys, day 12 tomorrow 16 years of age had my circumsision done due to phimosis! I had a bad discharge so I was prescribed anti biotic and cream. The discharge has stopped but there is a really bad smell coming from my penis and it looks like there still might be a little bit of yellow puss! Did this happen to you guys to Idk what to do how do I stop the smell please help.

If you had an infection the antibiotics will do its work. As for the smell, all you can do is keep it clean now while the antibiotics fight off the bacteria.
