Hi, I am 18 and my foreskin it to tight to be pulled over my head I don't know what to do I think it might be phimosis but I don't want to have a operation to fix this can someone help me please

The only one that can help you is your urologist. Make an appointment with him and see what your options are. If you do not want a circumcision tell him that and go over other options you might have. Good luck
