Gap wound, the stitch underneath my penis fallout cause of erection

Hello guyz, today is my 6th day, a stitch underneath my penis that holds the glan and the buttom skin has removed itself because of erection last night, now there's a gap, it swallows and it has yellowish fluid, i'm in pain. What should I do guys, leave as it is or i should see a doctor right away, there's no sign of infection.

See a doctor to find out whether it needs restitching. If you are in pain all the more reason to. Usually one stitch falling out isn't a big issue, but it is always good for the doctor to confirm if it is ok or needs restitching. GL.
