4 months post circumcision

I am 33yo male and it's been 4 months since I did circumcision. The stitches and other aspects are completely healed, but for some reason my urethra gets reddish, very very sensitive when rubbing against clothes and a bit uncomfortable when ejaculating and urinating.... Esp in very hot summers. Anyone faced this prior???

Any advice is welcome.
