More than 2 years after circumcision - Sharp pin-point pain on the shaft (bottom) at times

I'm experiencing pain on the back of my shaft at times (normally when I'm washing myself with the shower head down there. It's a pin-point pain, and quite a sharp one.

I can also still see some swelling of the penis in some places, it hurts if I keep it in my hands and move it for too long... and my testicles begin to hurt if touch them or move them too much.

I don't understand why all of this is still here after all this time. I just want it to feel normal- the way it used to be

I plan to visit a doctor soon, but I thought I would write for help here first.
