I have border line erectile disfunction, There is absolutely no will from hormones to do anything sexual (I want to in my mind but my hormones don't act up like they used to) and my sperm is clear as water and I ejaculate a lot less than before, maybe even 4-5 time less then before.

Maybe loss of tostestrone? Exiting puberty (I'm 16, 17 very soon), stress? I just want any point of derection where all of this is coming from, all of these symptoms happened in a span of 1-4 days, and im extremely scared.

Thank you in advance.

Are you getting adequate sleep? If not, that definitely is a big factor. My other suggestion is to bring it up to your primary doctor. He/she can run a test for you to see if you may just have low testosterone levela and can assist accordingly. Don't be afraid or shy to ask your doctor!

You need to have overall healthy lifestyle in order to ensure that your body is performing well.

You haven’t mentioned anything so I’m assuming you are an absolutely healthy young person and don’t have any other issues except what you have mentioned.

Your current condition could be due to any number of reasons such as:

- inadequate rest for your body and mind - this includes getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night, not masturbating multiple times a day or playing with yourself sexually on and off through the day.

- healthy diet. You are a young person who is still growing and your body needs a well rounded healthy diet at regular times. A lot of people get into trendy diets or bad eating choices and these are not healthy for a young body that needs all the nutrients to grow properly. Don’t compromise on vegetables and fruits unless you have some real health issues/allergies.

- exercise. Your body needs the blood to circulate and good healthy work out every day and multiple times a day. This ensures blood circulation which also aids in a better libido. A lot of youngsters now days are just sitting around studying, or watching TV, or playing video games You need physical exercise and physical activity to ensure you stay in a healthy weight range and get adequate aerobic and muscle exercise.

- drink adequate water (excluding juices tea coffee milk) every day. Approx 1.5-2 liters this will make you want to go pee more but that’s fine you need enough water in your body to ensure your body stays healthy (helps with clearance of toxins in the body and with digesting food and ensuring your blood doesn’t get too thick and keeps flowing properly)

And if things still don’t feel right, consult your doctor.

Are you circumcised? Ever since I did the circumcision I having trouble, I’m 24

You say the symptoms occurred over 1 to 4 days so there is a good chance you have no permanent issues. Easy to say, but start by relaxing and do not stress.Avoid masturbating for at least three days, day four see how you go but try not to cum. Day five, go for it.

If you make the climax less of a 'target' and more great if you get there it should be less stressful and easier to achieve.

Of course if things do not improve see a Doc'.
