Had my circumcision 4 weeks ago and have been putting lots of Vaseline on and the tip is scabbing and bleeding every now and again

Possibly it's reacting to the vaseline. Try coconut oil instead or don't use anything at all

Hi Jag51 - I'm 23 days post-surgery. My surgeon (on the day) advised I use Vaseline (or Sudocrem) for about 2 weeks after op, which I did. However, since then I've not used anything other than daily cleaning (usually in the shower). The last of my stitches came out today (on a soft wash-cloth) However, saying this I've had no issues to mention. If you are worried see your doctor. Good luck. 👍

I agree with circblog, when i first had mine i used antibiotic ointment
