How do bruises appear after a circumcision?

I am in week 6 and I wanted to start experimenting with masturbating but I am afraid I will mess up and get an internal bruise. How do I avoid it?

Don't be tempted to squeeze too hard, that's the main thing. Light grip, plenty of lube, very slow. Be really, really gentle. You might get some swelling anyway afterwards, but that should go down quickly.
