I think it would be better to refrain from all ejaculation unless it is involuntary while you sleep. Ejaculation may cause internal stress within the penis

For how long would you recommend not ejaculating deliberately for? I'm 3 weeks today and had sex last night which felt great but I didn't think about internal damage I suppose and it hurt a bit but was very bearable.. thanks!!

The general advice is to wait at least 6 weeks before restarting any sexual activity.

As others have recommended avoid any physical movements on your penis for the sake of pleasuring yourself. If you experience nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) it’s okay. Avoid doing anything that causes physical trauma to the penis as it’s sensitive and healing.Also as you were originally used to moving your foreskin for pleasure, you will now have to get used to a new physical structure and figure out the best method to attain orgasm. That requires some experimentation and time.

Wait at least 7-9 weeks before you try any gentle pleasure massaging (use natural oil). And wait about 18-21 weeks before indulging in penetrative sex.

Do not masthrbate at all for at least 6 - 9 weeks . Respect the healing times otherwise you might end up with very bad issues .
