Alright, my scabs do not ooze anymore and is pretty dry to be honest. What should i do to it after bathe? my doctor has prescribed me to take off the gauze since it has no oozing anymore, but im wondering how do i take care of it after bathe.

i suggest you to let the scabs loosen by itself. You can apply some moisturizer for next six months to your incision line (and penis head) twice a day.

Some prefer mineral oil based product similar like baby oil and some others natural fragrance free oils like coconut oil. It's your choice.

Theres this small scab that is already loose but whenever i try to pull it off, its very painful. What should i do? Eitherway, ill do the other things that you recommended.

You can cover it with a gauze until the scabs and stitches are gone.
