Front side of penis head extremley sensitive when rubbed up and down

Got circumcised 10 months ago now due to phimosis, penis head sensitivity has died down allot and have no issues with it except for one area and that is the front side of the head just below the tip. When masturbating, sex or fleshlight or any motion that would rub up and down the head, the rubbing sensation on it is unbearable and extremley sensitive to the point where i cant carry on, i have no idea why its like this but the whole underside of the head is fine when iv tried rubbing it with lube just as soon as i add my thumb and it rubs the front part of the head its very sensitive, i thought it would go away with time but doesnt seem to have gotten any better and am worried its going to stay like this for the rest of my life, also the front part isnt sensitive at all and is normal when touched its only when its rubbed up and down its sensitive, any help or ideas, thank you

Hi. I'm glad to hear that your circumcision was mostly successful, and that excess sensitivity has diminished.

I wonder though, did you not experience this issue even before you were circumcised? I am not circumcised (though I'm actively considering it, for purely personal reasons), but I have experienced different sensations from different parts of my glans ever since I discovered the joy of masturbation. I can barely bear to rub the top surface, especially close to the coronal ridge, but the sides and especially the underside feel completely different and will take me in the direction of an orgasm - rubbing the upper surface doesn't, it's almost excrutiatingly uncomfortable, and is more likely to make me want to pee.

This may be just me, but I do wonder if your circumcision has simply highlighted to you a difference in sensation that was already there?

thanks for the response, i never got to pull my foreskin back far enough for me to know about any different sensations there, all i knew was it was very sensitive at the tip, now i have full head exposure the only sensitive part is the front when its rubbed, like it feels good but way way too sensitive at the same time, if i could only block out the feeling mentally and forget about it but i just want it to be less sensitive, it does kinda feel like it makes you want to pee like you said
