My penis is shorter past op

Im 12 days past op and when i get hard ons my penis looks shorter, will this go away or i have to accept my penis is now shorter than before?

You are early in the healing process and will have some swelling. Give it time.

Hey Bud,

I'm in week 5 of healing post op and I had similar concerns because my 'old chap' looks like he has retreated. I spoke to 2 Drs independent of each other and both said circumcision has no affect on length, assuming your foreskin isn't overly tight.

Give it time mate. I was really worried weeks 1 to 3 but it does get better in time.

At 12 days post-op, you are in the early stages of your 6-8 week haling process. You will have very significant swelling which will hide some of your true penis length. The true length will show again when the swelling subsides. Circumcision does NOT reduce your length (except by the amount of any foreskin overhang which didn't count anyway).

I was under the impression the overhang countered hahah. Ya when I get hard it feels pressure and stops getting fully erect seems like that’s why it doesn’t get longer

i have lost an inch its now 4 1/2 when hard,im using a strecher at the moment,reviews say it works but takes a few months
