I am a 20 year old male. I have never had any problem with my penis or genitalia, but recently I have noticed something was a bit strange. I can easily fully retract my foreskin when my penis is flaccid (for hygiene), exposing the whole glans and the inner foreskin. However, when it is erect, while I can still fully expose the glans, the ridged band can only go down as far as the glans's crown, rendering the inner foreskin unable to be visible. There is no pain when I try to pull the foreskin further down, it just won't go any further. I have never had any sex-related problems.
Is this condition phimosis? If so, how can it be solved? If not, can it become a problem in the future?
Thanks.

Given that retraction is possible when flaccid then any phimosis tightness should be curable with stretching.
However I wonder if your frenulum is short and is preventing full retraction when erect? I had the same issue years ago and wasn’t aware that it wasn’t how it should be until I eventually realised it was destroying my sex life and spoke to my doctor.
I reckon I do not have a short frenulum as the glans is not pulled down when retracting the foreskin (either flaccid or erect), nor I have any pain or discomfort when trying to pull it further down attempting to expose the inner foreskin (in a erect state, as I can expose it when flaccid), it just won't go any further. Also, the glans's corona can be fully exposed easily.
